Zvi Livni

CEO

Zvi founded CQM and has led key aspects of its operations, from recruiting and development to patent registration. He built a global agent network across 20 countries and oversaw production, service, and engineering to drive innovation and quality.

Omer Livni

CTO

Omer has been with CQM since its inception, overseeing development, system adaptation, and tailored solutions while supporting the service team. Prior to CQM, he specialized in cleaning ball systems and water filtration technologies in Israel and the Netherlands.

Ravit Ron

CFO

With a background in economics, bookkeeping, and programming, Ravit oversees finance, contracts, HR, and customer relations. She’s passionate about circular economics and committed to keeping CQM at the forefront of sustainable, energy-efficient water treatment.

Ehud Zukerman

VP Business Development

Ehud holds a joint Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University and the Technion, blending medical and environmental engineering expertise. He identifies business opportunities, expands CQM’s product range and customer base, and addresses needs driven by regulation, pollution reduction, and optimization.

Ehud Siboni

VP Engineering

Udi, a Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc), specializes in heat transfer and flow dynamics and helps develop CQM’s fouling mitigation products. He also leads client installations, post-sale support, and the company’s compliance with ISO 9000, green label, and UL standards.

Shay Hillel

Production Manager

Before joining CQM, Shay spent 15 years in agriculture, managing large-scale operations and honing his mechanical skills. For the past 20 years, he has played a key role in developing, engineering, and refining CQM’s systems.

Itay Haber

Head of Service

Itay manages CQM’s Service Unit in Israel, overseeing products from factory to installation and ongoing support. With over 20 years at CQM, he built and trained a top-tier technician team and brings deep expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.

Avi Levy

Sales Israel

With a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Avi held senior financial roles in major engineering and infrastructure Israeli firms, before arriving CQM. Avi played a key role in introducing CQM’s technology to major institutions in Israel and marketing hubs across Europe.
