Scale Reduction Systems
Self-Cleaning, Chemical-Free Scale Reduction for Optimal Industrial Water Systems
Managing water quality is essential in industrial settings to prevent issues like scale buildup, corrosion, and microbial contamination. Left untreated, these problems reduce efficiency, drive up maintenance costs, and risk equipment failures. Reliable water treatment keeps operations running smoothly, meets regulatory requirements, and extends equipment lifespan. Managing water quality is especially important for cooling systems, and other water-reliant industrial equipment.
How the SR System Works
The SR (Scale Reduction) System uses electrolysis to treat water effectively and without chemicals. When a direct current is applied, dissolved salts ionize, producing chlorine at the anode to disinfect the water, eliminating harmful organisms. Meanwhile, calcium and magnesium compounds (which cause scale) accumulate on the cathode.
The SR System’s unique self-cleaning mechanism automatically removes these deposits, keeping the system clean and efficient without manual intervention. This continuous, chemical-free process ensures reliable performance and optimal water quality at all times.
Applications for the SR System
Cost Effective
Save on transportation, manpower, and hazardous chemicals.
Chemical-Free Disinfection
On-site chlorine generation reactor produces the exact amount of disinfectant, from any water matrix.
Patented Self-Cleaning Mechanism
No need for shutdowns, constant operation, less service needed.
